I applied online and had an opportunity to speak with them during the SWE conference. I spoke to the people in charge in the booth and I was given a chance to interview with them on the spot. Thanks to COVID-19 they stopped hiring.

Straight forward interview featuring mostly STAR format questions. This can be a little formal but there is plenty of time for informal discussion at the end. The interviewers were engineers and provided a good explanation of the role

The interview process consisted of a plant tour, panel interview, various interviews with managers and then lunch. Was pretty hectic throughout, felt like a revolving door of people to interview for.
