Very lengthy. Answered the same questions several times in different ways. Absolutely unstructured, they jumped from one subject to the other, they did not answer the questions I asked. Painstakingly long time between the pre-screening, screening, and the job interview.

Very Poor - The recruiter was enthusiastic enough and told me that he would setup an interview with the hiring manager. Within a week he disappeared and his emails bounced back saying his email is no longer working. Another interim HR took over my case - never bothered to speak to me and about my skills - fwd-ed my resume again to the Hiring manager and came back with a rejection (hiring manager does not want to talk to me). The overall process sounded goofy enough for me (honestly) and I was left dumb-struck (specially when I saw emails bouncing back from the recruiter email within week after he thought of scheduling call).....Now when I think back, I just laugh at the whole thing. This is how they dealt with a highly skilled and specialized worker :)

Colloquio
Went through two interviews. Process was pretty much standard. Met at the corporate offices with my hiring manager and another department manager. Casual setting. Follow up meeting was with hiring manager, HR and VP.
