Face to face interview. Multiple questions on scenarios for implementing new network infrastructure as well as upgrading existing infrastructure. Task to explain what you know about WPD in 60s. General questions regarding to your own experience and then how they would cross over to the role at WPD. Further general questions about how WPD operates as a company.

It was very easy for me to answer questions that they asked mostly are planning by giving different scenario but even after having four good interviews in the different region for the same post I have been rejected every time.
What i understand and found out after knwoing the panel member is that most of the managers/supervisors who tooks my interview (so far) are mainly are the diploma holders (not an actual engineers but mainly technicians) but yeah with years of experience and when they see a degree or a master holder they immediately goes into insecurity. It is obvious that they have got very limited knowledge yet they are managers and would never hire someone who has higher qualifications for even a lower role. Again this is just my understanding after meeting up with them.
