Phone interview stick to project engineering. She will ask questions about the Process. Wants a project engineer that is not hands on. Don't tell her you do design. Dont tell you do FEA. Tell her pull all dissaplines together. You need to have heating and air conditioning experience. I guess she wants a sales type engineer that runs project. Hands off but tracks project through process.
