It was quiet simple.Two rounds of interview happened on basic understanding of the industry and previous work experience.Process was hassle free since everything happened over phone though a video conference was scheduled earlier.an understanding of their opeartion,business ,competitors are helpful to crack the interview.Two rounds of interview happened and the basic screening happened by the recuriting agency.

Long and underwhelming. Jumped through a lot of hoops and had to chase the internal recruiter several times after the final interview to be told I didn't get the job. Company process was blamed on delays.

Slow, uninspiring and way too many hoops to jump through. 3 interviews AND a presentation? I had to chase the talent lead to find out if I'd been successful to which after 2 weeks of chasing he said 'no you haven't got the job' - he just never told me and don't think he was ever indenting to.

The Hiring manager postponed the phone interview twice last moments without excuse nor apology.
The questions were not related to the position duties as he was more concern who do I know in the company and then he seemed busy with other things during the interview.
