Got a couple of calls from HR, and arranged an interview. Then I had an interview with Network Service Manager and a CTO. Received the documents to read and sign up. Everything took around 2-3 weeks.

They will call you for first interview. First interview will be with HR rep, Team lead and manager of network department. If they like you in first interview, they will call you for 2nd interview with CTO. That's more technical and comprehensive. Still waiting to hear about results after 2nd interview.
