I phone interviewed with a Recruiter firstly, the conversation included why did I apply for the job and a brief outline of my experience. I was then invited to meet with 4 professionals for a fact to face interview at the local office Although, one of the Scientists did not show up, so I ended up meeting with only 3 for the interview. I am not sure if this meant I was at a disadvantage without the fourth persons opinion. The interview was successful, comfortable and the people were friendly. I had a follow up phone call from the recruiter around a week later asking if I were still interested in the position and if I had any other job prospects. I was told I would hear back in one week. Three weeks later I emailed and asked if there was an outcome, I was notified via email that I was then not successful.
