I was emailed and asked to come in at a set time, dress business casual (Most people come in polos and dark jeans, totally fine). The interview was fairly standard. I was asked to shadow shortly after, which in retrospect was a bit frustrating. Typically, shadowing a job is watching someone work. They have you jump in and work, and shadow periods are typically 3 hours-half of the day. After shadowing, if you liked it and they liked you, you are usually offered a job. In my experience, they didn't tell me or anyone else I knew who had been working there what the pay was going to be until I was offered the job.
