There were many steps to the interview process. They explained that up front but kept adding more conversations. I enjoyed my discussions with the team but there were no-shows at interviews, and they didn't keep me updated on the process. I ultimately pulled out of consideration because I didn't get the same excitement from the team as I'd want in a new role.
