I applied online and four days later got an email for first interview. The interview was with the management, all nice and friendly mostly talking about my work history. Later a technical interview was scheduled with the team. There were questions about my work experience and projects, then proceeded to C++ questions, some others were about data structures and algorithms. I didn't answer all of them to their satisfaction obviously, but the team was nice enough to tell me it was only a matter of exposure. So far I would have had absolute positive experience with them even failed. There was no response for nearly 3 weeks, I asked twice in between, the HR was not responsive, no replies to say at least "You application is in process" etc.. Later of course I was rejected by an email though I was told that the team had considered me long and hard (really? or just too busy and forgot about it?). I applied several other posts, no more reply even I'm sure my skill set is a good match. Not a big deal. The only thing I gave negative for is that no response what so ever in case of failure. Not really behaves like a world famous big company, to acknowledge at least with an auto massage: "We will not consider your application further."
