I applied on-line and received a phone call from the recruiter a few weeks later. 30 minute interview to provide details about the position and to get an understanding about my background. I was moved on to the next round which was a panel interview with the hiring manager, HR and several other people that the position would interact with. Part of the interview was a case study that focused on the economic analysis between two capital investments. I had a week to prepare the analysis and presentation. A couple of days later, I had a follow up discussion with hiring manager and VP of Operations. Ultimately, they went with internal with the hire.
