This position is really about web services, so you should know about how computer networking works in general, including how DNS works in detail, how browser requests content from web servers, how HTTP and HTTPS works. Make sure you get as many details as possible, some interviews will stop you in between your answers to ask more answers so make sure you know everything you just say to them.
