i spoke wth hiring manager gave him the run down of my working history and was told i was going to be called by the general manager that had the last say so and she called me back 2 days later and hired me instead of doing 2nd interview

They'll schedule an interview with you and have you come in to the restaurant to talk with them. Mostly just asking about prior experience or why you are interested in the position.
