Already worked as a crew member, so there really wasn't an interview. There was alot of computer learning and all kinds of testing involved. Then the GM, the AM, and all the current management team votes on whether you should be allowed to move up into the management team.

They'll schedule an interview with you and have you come in to the restaurant to talk with them. Mostly just asking about prior experience or why you are interested in the position.

Very easy very basic questions. Usually asks availability, if you have transportation, if you're in school or have another job to work around. Any specific days you need off. Nothing crazy
