Got to round 3 in an interview and was told next steps for a project would be sent over to me and then the recruiter ghosted me. Attempted to follow up with no success.

The interview process took months - even required rounds of homework. I was not even notified after four rounds of interviews as to the status of my application. Very disappointing interview process.
