Somewhat antiquated, appears that the HR department is not engaged in a clear understanding of the business units requirements for a sales person. Not sure HR understand what the sales individual actually does. process felt as if they were looking to fill their stable and then pick the best horse

Very streamlined and traditional 3-step process. Did an initial screening with the recruiter, scheduled me with the direct manager, and then interviewed with the VP of the team. Had the benefit of meeting the VP in person and was offered the position over dinner.
