Was invited to attend in person. The interview consisted of one dev and one senior tester, firing questions on automation, coding preference and agile related topics. The final part consisted of creating automated tests around a website, writing it in Capybara (simple examples). This part I also feel I scored high in the interview. Few days later, I was later told the position had to be put on hold. Why bother ask for candidates to attend if you are going to pull the requirement off the market, only few days after Time is money, and it costs for candidates to attend in person. In future, review your resource requirement before inviting candidates in!!!! Pathetic!
