It was a newer store so even the manager was new, but ultimately. You showed up and had a conversation about who you are and the values you obtain. From my experience, the interview lasted about 15 to 30 minutes and I was hired on the spot.
they essentially hired my straight away it was a very quick phone call about why i was looking for work and my experience with the industry. they asked about my schedule and how often i could come in and work.

Neutral environment. I dressed business casual but felt a little over dressed for the interview. I started working the next day. I don't remember the questions, but they weren't too difficult to answer.
