3 or 4 rounds. First was just a phone screening where they asked basic questions before receiving first real interview. Second was with HR and someone in the role. Third was with leaders of the role in question

Talk about project you worked on where: You had a difficult team member, You had to find an unexpected solution, etc.
They asked a variation of "name a project where..." upwards of 7 times and those were the only questions
