Interview Process Start with first technical round, after competition of it they take a second technical round. After long wait of around 1.5 hours they declare results Positive and again after 1.5 hour they call me for HR interview and HR ask me normal questions about CTC and notice period and then they told me you are selected and tell me leave for the day. After this interview I continuously get touch with them about next process but they even not replied nor get in touch with me. MY SIMPLE QUESTION TO HR IF YOU DON’T CANDIDATE TO COME ON BOARD WHY YOU WASTED HIS TIME? Really worst experience.

I have applied through a Consultancy for the position of Deputy Manager Supply chain. In first round there was a good interactive with interviewer. But in second round with some vp..he just ask some simple questions.. like tell me about your self and your family. Current job profile etc. Finished in 15 minutes only. HR team look like so arrogant.
