I was called for in person meeting meeting with the Functional head of the department in one to one set-up. When i cleared first round, 2nd round was conducted with HR partner & HR Head, which was mainly on personality, current organisation structure, salary, culture fitment etc.

6 step. Very transparent, except for the bonus. The leaders offered ate least 3 positions. Process was very focused on compny culture and purpose. Strategic view for the long term was not considered.
