Need to be more strong to be an operational supervisor. Interview is not really tough but one should be strong in taking up decisions. I was unable to clear it but I was asked to attend interview after 3 months if i'm interested to give another try. Being a fresher, I haven't attended many interviews and I haven't seen real time operational activity. I was looking at the activity at their office. Activity was high. That Office gives a good feel.
