The interview process was quite simple. I was interviewed on the day before receiving the full-time internship over the phone. I was asked very surface-level questions about my experience. The interview went fairly well as I had a lot in common with the individual who interviewed me.

Online application. About a 30 minute (?) Zoom interview - typical application questions: 'tell me about a time you showed exceptional customer service' etc. Emailed within a few days offering me a position.
