Interview process consisted of 3 steps, took overall around 3-4 weeks. First step was a phone call, which for me was the most difficult part of the process, second one was a meeting with the store manager and the last one was a meeting with regional manager. All of it was very relaxed, especially the last 2 meetings as it felt more like a catching up with some friends I haven’t seen in a long time, rather that an interview

Telephone interview, face to face with Store Manager and then face to face with Area Manager. Very relaxed and welcoming. The communication between stages was brilliant. Felt at ease and able to answer all questions.
