As I accessed Whitetree through my network, my first few touches with the firm were in the form of emails, a tailored CV, then several chats with my likely line manager and the recruitment lead. Very comfortable and welcoming. The final interview had a relevant 'mini-project' element given the week before, with how I would approach a Training Needs Analysis project to be presented over 15 minutes. There followed some technical questions from the future line manager and more generic/'fit' questions from the recruitment lead. Lasted an hour.
