The interview process was not too bad. They had me take an online assessment test first. Then brought me to meet the CEO in person. During the interview, Carina put me at ease and explained the culture of the company, her vision and expectation of the position. She also listened to me and my background. Then she asked me to sell her a candidate by handing me a resume. I did not expect that, but it was kind of fun. Then the next meeting was an offer meeting where we moved forward.
