Colloquio
This is for a soon to graduate college student, I assume most interviews with WT would be similar.
Initial contact was at a college career fair, the standard chat and resume.
Follow up interview was on campus about a month later. Was a 1 on 1 interview with a Project Manager. Pretty standard get to know you type questions.
Was contacted a few weeks later for a second interview at their headquarters. They offered to fly me in, hotel, ect. Interview day started in the morning, talked to a few VPs, a couple younger Project Engineers. Was followed by a trip out to a local job site, talk/informal interview with a few more people.
All in all it was fairly laid back, it was early in the recruitment season, WT trying to grab a few of the best before they were taken. I was not offered a position, but I would say the experience was still positive.

Smooth overall. Group interview with a PE and two PM's. Asked a little bit about my experience. Mostly explained what they did as a company. Everyone was very relaxed and it was an upbeat environment.

Screening interview followed by a phone interview then they paid for me to travel out to the office and complete several interviews from team members and the VP. They paid for a hotel, dinner, and team lunch.
