It was pretty laid back. I interviewed with six different groups at the company and they chose which group I would be best for. There were two interviews both fairly general. Nothing too specific was asked regarding my background in construction.

Smooth overall. Group interview with a PE and two PM's. Asked a little bit about my experience. Mostly explained what they did as a company. Everyone was very relaxed and it was an upbeat environment.

Screening interview followed by a phone interview then they paid for me to travel out to the office and complete several interviews from team members and the VP. They paid for a hotel, dinner, and team lunch.
