Was contacted to come in for an interview following meeting an employee at my schools career fair. Fairly standard interview, no trick questions. Interview with a VP and project manager then got to talk with a field engineer to ask questions.

What was a time when you had to resolve a conflict in a team setting.
Multiple rounds in the same day. They take you to lunch and do a jobsite tour. Met with a bunch of different people and it was a really cool interactive experience.

How to handle differentiating options in the field

They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
