At a career fair at my school I briefly spoke with the employer rep and dropped off my resume. I received a call from the company and we set up a phone interview. During the phone interview the employer asked general easy questions about school and my lifestyle and what I was looking for in a career. Before the end of the phone call the employer wanted to set up a date for an interview at Baltimore headquarters so I agreed and we set up a date. At the interview in Baltimore we started at headquarters, drove to a jobsite, had lunch and ended the interview at headquarters. Overall was around 5 hours probably. At lunch is where the interview mostly took place, but again, it was very easy going, no difficult questions.

Smooth overall. Group interview with a PE and two PM's. Asked a little bit about my experience. Mostly explained what they did as a company. Everyone was very relaxed and it was an upbeat environment.
