interviewed with the CT office. Very respectful, care a lot about practical experience and attention to detail. interviewed with them in my senior year of college. my interviewer was an Alumni from my school and the head of the office joined the interview as well.

Job Experience, and what were the major takeaways?
Multiple rounds in the same day. They take you to lunch and do a jobsite tour. Met with a bunch of different people and it was a really cool interactive experience.

They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
