Microsoft Teams meeting via zoom for first interview. Asked standard questions to get to know me as a person. Easy to talk to and conversation flowed. Was better than the standard structured and awkward basic interviews where you robotically answer qestions.

It was pretty simple, all they were asking was about previous experience questions and asking why interested in the company and industry, definitely judge you on your personality and public speaking.
