I think this whole process is a scam, they just want to either make you work for free or get an overall feeling of the market. Before having an interview with them I really would think it twice as they are trying to look like this hyper growth startup with appealing salaries but based on my experience, a friend experience and the other comments here, I am sure that at least something shady is happening here. After an interview with the recruiter, they asked me for more information of what would be ideal for me if I get a job, I sent them a list and then they said no, what is very interesting is that there have been opening and closing several positions but barely no one is joining the company, I really think there at the moment they are not looking but they want to prepare for the upcoming months, be aware!
