Standard interview process for an entry-level position. There was a singular in-person interview with one person and a skills assessment requirement. Turnaround time from application to interview to test was relatively short.

Applied online, was called in for an interview and skills check. Mostly AP style problems, and grammar, followed by mock press releases and social media posts. After the test I had barely driven home before I was offered the job, and took a day or two to think about it (which seemed to put them off).
