2 online interviews, very general. no particular professional check/questions, more like "what did you read about this topic". I am not sure one can really decide like that. The third "interview" was on one of the factories. I was asked about the options of when I can come, but I was not given options to choose tbh. I had to arrive to a different town early in the morning, exlusively during working hours, the trip was not compensated. the description of the job, the goal, scope and even the name was changing from one interview to another. it was also different, when I asked to have the description of job sent to me when I got the offer. the name of the position was also a bit different there. I tried to discuss the salary (which is a traditional question), and the company got angry about the question, and reacted by saying "we will think if we want you", after that made the same offer, but limited to one year. Before the last interview the recruiter mentioned that they will provide me support with moving (as it was a different city), then they said they won't. After I mentioned that such a movement for me will cost over double salary they offer, they "generously" offered me to travel for one month and that they would pay 3 nights per week for hotel (not for the trips or the time). I was not sleeping nights, because the job would be my passion, but the attitude was below asphalt, and I would have to sacrifice a lot without knowing how it goes in the first months. I stepped back and then tried to call the the boss to explain at least the reason, but he was particularly rude, which made me think it was probably the right thing to step back in the end. I think the head of the company should pay more attention to educating their regional representatives how to communicate. they scare away people
