I applied for the Environmental Specialist position via Wightman's website. HR emailed me and set up a 30 minute phone interview for 03/15/19. The HR specialist was professional and chatted about my educational background, asked about my experience with Phase I/II ESAs, and wanted to know a bit about my personality. When we wrapped up the conversation, she mentioned she would get in touch with me the following week. On 03/20/19 HR followed up with me and let me know that they were going with another candidate. I feel compelled to mention that I really appreciate the followup. This level of professionalism seems to be lost at other firms (across the US), and I am glad that Wightman's let me know what I should expect, when they planned to follow up, and then followed through with their plan.
