Filled out an online interview application. Consisted of 3 "essay" questions and 2 video recorded responses. Just a heads up you are allowed to rerecord the video response as many times as you want and you can review/edit all your questions before you submit the application.
I thought it was a lot of work and effort and Ill i received back was a generic automated response email which couldn't even spell my name right.

Colloquio
The interview process took about a week. I was initially contacted by HR and asked to set up a short phone interview.
We then set up an in person interview where I met with two people above the hiring position and another person on a different team. It felt less like an interview and more like a conversation which was great! Everyone was energetic about Wildfire and the position.
I was contact the next day and asked to come in for another in person interview with one of the partners. My interview with the partner was again more of a conversation than an interview. We focused on company culture and employee personalities which was incredibly insightful.
