Initial phone screening lasted approximately 25 minutes. Pretty standard questions asked and next round of interviews was set up. Next interview round consisted of 3 separate interviews (one with the HR rep), again, with a typical assortment of questions, nothing too out of the ordinary. All of the interviewers were very nice and easy to speak to. Just know your resume and why you want to work at Wiley!

Attended an interview with Wiley Sri Lanka for a Software Engineering Internship, where I shared my academic background, technical skills, and passion for learning while discussing potential contributions to real-world projects.
The interview went pretty smoothly. three rounds of interviews that included questions on past experience, analytical skills and behavioural questions. The questions were straight forward and the interviewer was very welcoming
