The interview process consist of several interviews, beginning with a phone screening. I did very well on the phone interview and was invited to interview with one of the sales mangers. The second interview went well and went more in depth about the position and what would be expected of me. I was told that I would be notified on a decision within a week and it ended up being three weeks before I received the "sorry, we've decided other candidates are more qualified" Complete waste of time.

Everyone at Willscot was so friendly and understanding. I really enjoyed the communication and process I went through to get a position. I would have absolutely accepted the offer if there was an opening closer to my family.

It was a cookie cutter sales interview, with predictable questions such as, "Describe a situation where you had to meet a deadline." Basically, you can google "sales interview" questions and you will get the interview I had. The hiring process was quick, which I appreciated.

Interview process was too long and drawn out a $17/hr position. Multiple index testing then weeks between then weeks till a scheduled interview. Several variations of the compensation package from the recruiter to the hiring manager- so ask a lot of questions.
They want you to come into the office to work but only want to interview through zoom. Communication was poor throughout lots of red flags, thankfully I was offered another job with another company for double the pay.
