Long - many layers. I interviewed with a total of 5 different teams and multiple times within two teams. I did two separate projects for each team and eventually got the offer for the team I wanted to get on. It is a long process

What skills do you have? Do you know how to model? How interested are you in this sector? What have you done?
Multiple steps, friendly people mostly behavioral based, few technical questions with senior analysts you interview for. More so looking for culture fit which is important to them. You get a good feel for the people and culture through the process.
