Sit down with a recruiting manager, then if they would like to, they invite you to a conference room with other candidates. Hard to tell if they turn anyone away up to this point.

I walked in to find at least 30 to 40 people walking in and out of the main lobby. I personally sat down with a hiring manager and spoke for two minutes. He "liked" what I had to say and ask if I was able to stay longer to continue the interviewing process. They walked me to a conference room with at least 20 other people and the sales pitch began. The presenter was an amazing speaker but was not selling the company as a place where you can set a career out of, rather a place where you make money to better your life and buy a more expensive car as a way of showing it. Not for me at all. It's practically door to door insurance sales. I don't even remember applying for them. They must of got my information from a career website. And at the end of the interview they ask you if for referrals so they can seek them out for employment.
