I got an interview the day after my school's career fair. It was the typical questions about working in teams and a time I had to overcome adversity. I got a second interview where I had to record answers to questions and submit them online. I wasn't a big fan of the online format but the questions were all fair.

I had two people interview me. They were very friendly and I didn’t feel uncomfortable. It was an on campus interview so I knew one of the interviewers before hand from an event on campus.

They asked me about myself then went on to ask typical situational based questions on how I solved a problem given certain restraints.

The first step after applying online was a video interview, and once that was completed I was selected for a phone interview. The entire hiring process took about 4 months before I received a call with my offer. The interview mostly focused on experiences and was not technical at all with every question starting off with "tell me about a time when."
