Process was very lazy. Doors were supposed to close for new applicants at 8am. Admin came in at 8:15 stating an applicant was running late. said applicant showed up at 8:45. Turns out, that applicant was the chiefs son. Complete lack of integrity on the chief and administrative staff in terms of fire department hiring processes
