I went through 7 interviews. It took about a month and half to get to the final stages. It was very thorough and intense at times. If you keep going, they are interested in you and think you may be a good fit.

After applying online, I connected with company representatives at a college career fair. While I had a successful interview with HR previously, there were no internship openings at that time, and the HR representative I interviewed with has since moved to a different company. I recently had a phone interview with another HR representative for this role.

Had to complete two personality tests online. Then an online interview with HR, which then moved onto an interview with two people in the management who checked my skills and fundamentals, such as reading layouts, etc. Then proceeded to a final interview with the head of HR.
