Did not like that they ask for your references before the interview. Waste people's time and is very unprofessional. I had to bug my references to fill out the requirements before I even knew I wanted the job.

1st interview was over google meet, 2nd interview was a panel and 3rd step was with a regional manager. The questions were not hard. Mostly overlooking your resume and experience.

Filled out the application, had to do two assessments, and a reference check minimum of 5 ppl. Never got a call back, and never had a follow up and they never closed the application this was three weeks ago
