Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Willow Bridge Property Company (San Diego, CA) nel mese di mar 2009
Colloquio
The initial interview was very informal. The a manager took me to their office and proceeded to ask me what i knew about the company and my experience. She asked me about my strengths and weaknesses. There are a lot of women in this working environment and there tends to be a lot of drama and cattiness.

I was asked ..."what do you see yourself doing in the future..." and I answered " I am looking forward to becoming Mananger one day" As the interview was coming to an end I was more than ready to start my Employment with Lincoln. It was just such positive vibes.

Interview for Leasing Consultant position was pretty easy. I think it was 1 or 2 phone interviews and then an interview with the Property Manager(s).
If you have prior experience in the industry it will be very simple for you.
Once you get the offer, the company will then require you to get certified to lease apartments. The exam itself costs about ~$200 and they will reimburse you when you pass. It takes a few hours of studying/online courses, and then you go to a testing center to take the final exam in person.

Domanda 1
No specific questions really stuck out to me.
Standard questions about things like: what is your prior work experience, what brought you to leasing/real estate, why do you want to work here, how do you deal with conflict resolution, etc.
It is an entry level position so I think the thing they look for the most is how you would fit with the Property Manager and the rest of the team at your specific location.
