Started with a phone call with HR where they clearly were trying to sell me on the job, then immediately invited to a 2nd round the next business day. It was supposed to be a panel interview with 3 people. One did not show up, one was silent and off-camera the whole time, one barely asked me questions. Also, that person kept talking about the long hours and the required weekend work.

The interview process at Willow Bridge in Duluth was fair, thorough & efficient. It included a panel of 6 managers all at one time which I appreciated. They were very professional and polite and enjoyable to talk to and ask my own questions.
