Colloquio
Round 1: Recorded Video Interview (Hireview/SparkHire)(behavioral, why, basic company questions)
Round 2: 30 minute Phone Screen (mostly behavioral but do know technologies related to the position, ie. testing software)
Round 3: 1 hour Technical (no coding, just in depth questions about technologies used)
