Arrived on time and was greeted by front desk person. I had to fill out papers about myself & rating my confidence on performing certain skills. Afterwards, I took a multiple choice exam about health and caregiving procedures. I believe I was allowed an hour for the exam but I finished early. After the exam I was seated in a room to wait for a hiring manager. He came in & interviewed me based off a paper he had where he recorded my answers. Afterwards he hired me on the spot.
