It's a scam.
Per Wimmer. Won't even tell you the details of the job he will give you.
The worst experience. And a terrible office. You wouldn't expect that at Mayfair.
He invites you to an interview. Two to be precise. For an Unpaid 6 months so called 'Investment Banking Analyst' internship. If you succeed he promises to give you a role.
It is all fake. And you should be aware of such negative company practises. He is exploiting raw talent. And once done. Disposes them.
This should not be happening at all. Unfortunately still does in UK.
Yes he has met high profile people. However, his practises are exploiting labour to say the least.
People like him is why corruption exists. Terrible employer.

Very nice people, very long process of around 4 interviews, largely behavioural questions. The main focus on technicals was about how IRR is used. Otherwise, it was generally all the same behavioural questions throughout the different interviewers.

Very basic interview process but the job advert was fake. The role they interviewed me for was completely different to what was advertised. They also mid way through the process said that the job is UNPAID. Something that is actively illegal by UK law so I have no idea how they are getting away with that. 6 months of working long hours at a bank and they pay you £0 for it... Under the guise of "good experience".
I now know more about the companies reputation in the industry and working for such a company may actually hurt your career. Would avoid as if they are so callous with trying to deceive new prospective employees I can only imagine how shady their business operation is. The people within the financial team seemed sound enough, but they are still participating with manipulative practices. When the CEO Per Wimmer continually tells you about how he's being honest and has integrity, it means he's probably lying. I however wish him all the best in fulfilling his life-long dream of entering the stratosphere and leaving Earth.
